Personal Renewal Groups

What are Personal Renewal Groups?

PRGs are comprised of 6 – 12 women who intentionally meet on a regular basis and work their way through the award winning book, The Mother’s Guide to Self Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvinate and Re-Balance Your Life by Renee Peterson Trudeau.  Over the 12 sessions, Keely, your RTA-Trained facilitator, will help bring the group through the powerful content of this book, and allow the women to listen, learn from and be transformed from and with each other.  More information can be found here.

How often and when to you meet?

PRGs will meet for 2.5 hours approximately once every 2-4 weeks.

This is a great time to share your availability and what would work best for your schedule for a late fall/early winter PRG Group starting!

Proposed Class Days and Times

  • Sunday afternoons, 1:00 – 3:30pm
  • Monday evenings, 6:00 – 8:30pm
  • Tuesday mornings, 9:00 – 11:30am

These proposed future start dates, class schedules and locations are still to be determined, but it will be in the Southeast Aurora part of the Denver Metro area.  As soon as there is enough interest, a class will be arranged.  Other dates/times are possible with enough interest.

How much does it cost and what does it include?

The course fees includes 30 hours of group facilitation by a master’s level trained, RTA-certified individual, contact in between meeting times, space rental, class supplies, and a personal copy of the book, “The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal“.

The total cost of the entire 12 sessions of the Personal Renewal Group is $600.  If you would like, you can enroll for the first 6 sessions ($300) to begin.  You can then decide to sign up and pay for the last half before the start of session 7.  Those who sign up for (and pay for) all 12 sessions at once will get a 5% discount ($30).

If you are interested in participating in a Personal Renewal Group, please contact Keely. When making your inquiry, please let Keely know what day/time works best for you.  If you want to propose a different time, let her know that, too.  As long as there is interest, she can make many times/days work.
